Howdy, I’m Alexi, the hands behind Dixon Candle Co.

I’m a college student at the University of North Texas in Denton, where I balance classes, studying, and running this little candle company of mine. I first got into candles when I was 19, and I quickly realized how much peace they brought me while studying. Sometimes I’d even burn two at once, just to see how the aromas blended together, it became my way of creating calm in the middle of busy college life.

What started as stress relief soon grew into something bigger. After bringing my candles to UNT’s Market Days, I discovered how much joy it gave me to share them with others. Seeing people connect with scents I had poured by hand turned a simple hobby into Dixon Candle Co.

Every candle is made at home in Fort Worth, hand-poured with care, using a luxurious apricot coconut wax blend. This wax burns cleaner and longer, while holding fragrance beautifully to fill your space without being overpowering. My goal is simple: to create candles that inspire focus, comfort, and calm.
